By staying one night with us, you will be contributing to offsetting the impact of the carbon footprint that international and domestic travel leaves on the planet.
Exploring the world, it’s people, and its cultures is one of the most amazing experiences that we as humans can enjoy together, but the impact of tourism can have hidden and serious impacts on the health of the planet.
So for every person that stays with us at ONPOINT Madarao we will be donating to and buying one tree for every guest through www.onetreeplanted.org.

And as part of our “Sustainable Tourism” program, we will be moving away from single-use, disposable cosmetic and grooming products utilizing pump dispensers for all of our rooms and toilets.
Bamboo toothbrushes can be purchased at the front desk and for every brush purchased we will be donating to www.onetreeplanted.org to buy one tree for global reforestation and climate protection.

One Tree Planted is a 501C3 non-profit environmental charity with a focus on global reforestation. We work with amazing partners in North America, South America, Asia, and Africa to get trees in the ground and restore forests after fires and floods, create jobs, build communities, and protect habitat for biodiversity.
Our reforestation projects rebuild forests after natural disasters and deforestation. This doesn't just benefit nature and the climate, it directly impacts the people living in the affected areas.

As global deforestation continues, our reforestation projects are planting trees that will clean the air we breathe for years to come.
