Accommodation Rates
Accommodation rates are displayed on our website or provided through written quotations.
Prices vary depending on reservation dates, accommodation type, length of stay and number of guests.

All prices are quoted in Japanese yen (JPY) and include applicable consumption tax unless otherwise stated.

Additional Fees
Breakfast is included in the accommodation rate.

Optional services, including evening dining, beverages, equipment rentals and guided activities, are charged separately unless expressly included in the reservation.

Any additional charges will be communicated to guests before purchase or booking confirmation.

Accepted Payment Methods
We accept credit and debit card payments through our authorised payment provider.
Bank transfers may be accepted by prior arrangement.

Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure a reservation.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full no later than 28 days before the scheduled arrival date.

Failure to settle the outstanding balance by the payment deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation. In such circumstances, the initial deposit will remain non-refundable, and the reserved dates will be released and made available for booking by the general public.

Reservations made within 28 days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.
All payments are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Reservation Confirmation & Service Delivery
Reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by Onpoint Madarao.

A reservation is considered confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and written confirmation has been issued.

Accommodation services are provided at Onpoint Madarao on the confirmed arrival and departure dates specified in the reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All reservations are subject to the following cancellation and refund conditions:

Initial Deposit: The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the reservation has been confirmed.

Remaining Balance: The final 50% payment is non-refundable once received.

Late Payments: Failure to pay the outstanding balance by the required deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of the initial deposit.

No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior agreement are not entitled to a refund.

Early Departures: No refunds will be issued for unused accommodation nights resulting from early departure.

Weather & Travel Disruptions: No refunds will be provided for cancellations, delays or changes to travel plans resulting from adverse weather, poor snow conditions, transportation disruptions or other circumstances outside the control of Onpoint Madarao. 

These conditions apply except where refunds or other remedies are required under applicable Japanese law.

Private-Group Stays

Onpoint Madarao offers private-group accommodation, allowing a single group to reserve all available guest rooms for the duration of their stay.

Onpoint Madarao remains a fully staffed and managed accommodation establishment throughout the reservation period. Management and authorised staff retain access to the property and its facilities for daily operations, guest services, maintenance and safety.

All accommodation policies remain applicable throughout the stay. Access to the property and its facilities is strictly limited to registered guests, management and authorised staff. Outside visitors are not permitted.

Reservation Changes
Requests to modify reservation dates, guest numbers or accommodation arrangements must be submitted directly to Onpoint Madarao.

All changes are subject to availability and approval by management.

Additional charges may apply where modifications result in a difference in accommodation rates or services.

Approval of reservation changes is not guaranteed.

Exchanges & Returns
Due to the nature of accommodation services, exchanges and returns are not applicable.

Cancellation and refund requests are handled in accordance with the conditions outlined above.
