Onpoint Madarao is a boutique ski lodge specializing in exclusive private-group stays in the heart of Madarao Kogen.
We deliver warm, personal, high-quality hospitality for guests seeking a premium private mountain experience.
For the winter season, we are seeking exceptional team members to help operate the lodge.
This is seasonal work, but we are not looking for casual seasonal workers.
We are looking for mature, reliable people who take pride in responsibility, cleanliness, teamwork, and guest experience.

Daily Breakfast Chef Position
The Breakfast Chef is responsible for preparing and serving daily breakfast for our private lodge guests.
Breakfast sets the tone for the entire guest experience, making this a highly important role within the team.
Main Responsibilities

Prepare and serve daily breakfast

Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

Assist with food preparation and stock management

Wash dishes and reset the kitchen after service

Support wider team duties once breakfast service is complete

Snow Clearing & Outdoor SupportPosition
This role is essential during the winter season. Heavy snowfall is part of life in Madarao, and keeping the lodge safe and accessible is a key daily responsibility.

Clear snow from entrances, paths, and access areas

Help maintain safe access around the lodge

Restock firewood

Assist with outdoor maintenance

Support shuttle duties when required

Help the wider team once snow-clearing duties are complete

Reliable in all weather conditions

Able to start early when snowfall requires it
